Welcome to Cookies & Dough Catering. By purchasing or using our dry mix products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Information
All dry mixes are prepared and packaged with care. Products may include:
Bread mixes
Cookie mixes
Flapjack mixes
Pancake mixes
Soup mixes
Marinade mixes
Products are sold as dry premixes and require additional ingredients as instructed on the label.
2. Storage
Customers must store products:
In a cool, dry place
Away from direct sunlight
With lids tightly closed after opening
Cookies & Dough Catering is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage.
3. Shelf Life
Best Before dates are printed on packaging.
Products should not be used after the expiry date.
Shelf life may vary depending on ingredients and storage conditions.
4. Allergens
Products may contain or come into contact with:
Wheat (gluten)
Milk
Eggs
Soy
Oats
Nuts
Customers with allergies should read labels carefully before use.
5. Preparation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Following preparation instructions correctly
Using fresh added ingredients such as eggs, milk, butter, oil, or water
Proper baking and cooking times
Results may vary depending on ovens, equipment, and preparation methods.
6. No Medical Claims
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nutritional and diet-related products should be used responsibly.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to food safety regulations:
Opened products cannot be returned for cash 
Refunds or replacements are only provided for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of purchase
Proof of purchase may be required.please check that your ordered the right  product before checkout as there are no refunds on wrong orderes being put through as ithe product does get processed  fresh on order.
8. Custom Orders
Custom labels, flavors, and catering orders may require:
Deposits before production
Additional preparation time
Minimum order quantities
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
9. Packaging
Packaging design, labels, logos, and recipes remain the property of Cookies & Dough Catering and may not be copied or resold without permission.
